Our Portfolio

At Ignition Capital we invest in a very select number of companies, each of which we believe can act as a platform for ongoing investment and value creation. These companies have unique value propositions, substantial revenues, strong levered free cash flow, and significant positions in their industries. Although open to deep value opportunities wherever they can be found, we focus on sectors where we have demonstrated expertise, primarily technology & business services; communications and media; energy & power; and healthcare services.

	MTN Communications Services - Miramar, Florida MTN Communications Services (formerly Seamobile) is a leading provider of reliable communications on land, at sea or in the air. MTN operates a worldwide footprint of VSAT satellite connectivity with more than 32 satellite footprints. MTN’s secure network infrastructure consists of nine teleport gateways and 13 global points of presence, strategically located across the globe. Each of these facilities is interconnected through an extensive redundant terrestrial network backbone offering numerous connectivity options for our partners’ important business and communications requirements.
	Applied Voice & Speech Technologies - Orange County, California Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) is a leading developer of Unified Communications solutions with over 15 million users that rely on its products and services to maximize their productivity. With three decades of innovation excellence, AVST is solely focused on delivering communications solutions that increase individual, group and enterprise productivity. Its flagship Unified Communications platform, CallXpress®, offers best in class interoperability, scalability, and resiliency while delivering advanced call processing, voicemail, unified messaging, personal assistant, fax, speech and notification capabilities.
	Ignition Energy Pty Ltd - Melbourne, Australia Ignition Energy strategically deploys capital, builds diversified portfolios of Australasian wholesale energy, carbon and renewable markets. The team has deep knowledge of the fundamental drivers of these markets and our experience dates back to the establishment of electricity markets in Australia. Our fundamental approach coupled with best practice risk management provides our investors with the opportunity to invest in a energy market with high returns.
	Liberty Dialysis Inc. - Mercer Island, Washington Liberty Dialysis is the third largest dialysis chain in the United States with over 100 clinics and 6,000 patients. Liberty develops clinics in underserved communities in conjunction with local physicians and non-profit organizations. Liberty partners with local nephrologists and hospitals in owning and operating these centers.
	Spoken Communications - Bellevue, Washington Spoken Communications is a leading provider of proprietary speech recognition technologies for call centers and hosted virtual call center systems. Currently supporting over 2,000,000 minutes per month in hybrid human-assisted speech recognition, call recording, and virtual phone switch and distribution systems, Spoken is a proven leader in the call center customer service, sales and support industry.
	PaxVax, Inc. - San Diego, California PaxVax develops advanced high technology vaccines against infectious diseases, such as influenza, cholera, anthrax, malaria and HPV. PaxVax has developed a proprietary oral vaccine technology platform. The platform includes rapid, scalable, disposable manufacturing processes and formulations resulting in room temperature stability at low cost. PaxVax’s oral vaccines represent an industry breakthrough.PaxVax’s vaccines can also be produced in record speed, in large quantities, and at low expense, i.e. compared to traditional egg-based vaccines such as those against seasonal or pandemic flu. Vaccination by the oral route rather than injection may also yield a more robust immune response and enable vaccination against diseases that have historically been intransigent to traditional vaccine development methods. Oral tablets can be easily stored and distributed at room temperature, and self-administered PaxVax’s vaccines can also be produced in record speed, in large quantities, and at low expense compared to traditional egg-based vaccines. Vaccination by the oral route rather than injection may yield a more robust immune response (B cells and T cells) and may enable vaccination against diseases that have historically been intransigent to traditional vaccine development methods

Our fleet consists of Buick, Volkswagen, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Mazda and others, as well as vans and buses. eHi has earned the best rating and trust of majority of the global Fortune 500 companies in China. eHi has been a fast growing ground transportation service company in China and earning many awards throughout years. eHi is specialized in short-term rental with or without chauffeur. eHi is the first ground transportation company in China providing car sharing, a 'Zip Car' like service.
	Oriental Cambridge Education Group - Beijing, China The OCEG is a modern educational entity with higher (state-planned undergraduate), basic, and preschool facilities, and vocational education. It is one of the most standardized and influential educational groups. The Group was established in 1986 by Mr. Professor Yu Songling, education expert, member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and member of the Revolutionary Central Committee of China’s Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Health. Through the past two decades, development and expansion have resulted in 21 colleges and schools. There have been more than 120,000 students graduated from the group’s schools. The OCEG facilities include 620,000 square meters of land and 320,000 square meters in buildings. There are over 30,000 students at our primary, junior middle and senior middle schools, in addition to the junior and undergraduate colleges. Staff members, including teachers, total over 2,200. The teaching quality and the standardized management are widely acclaimed by society and the great mass of students’ parents. Many times the schools and colleges have been chosen as the “Advanced Unit” and “Model School” by the various levels of educational authority concerned.
